HostPHP provides cloud infrastructure services including cloud compute, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, object storage, block storage, managed databases, Kubernetes, and load balancers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- cancel Illegal activities or violations of applicable laws
- cancel Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content
- cancel Attacking or disrupting other networks or services
- cancel Mining cryptocurrency without prior written consent
- cancel Abusing or attempting to exploit our infrastructure
5. Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. Payment is due upon billing. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.
6. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.99% uptime for network and power. If we fail to meet this SLA, you are eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA policy. This guarantee does not cover scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
7. Limitation of Liability
HostPHP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and pay any outstanding fees. We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
