What payment methods do you accept? add_circle
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
How do I upgrade my server? add_circle
You can upgrade your server at any time from the control panel. Select your server, click "Resize", choose a new plan, and confirm. The upgrade takes effect immediately with no downtime.
Do you offer backups? add_circle
Yes! We offer automatic daily backups for all servers. You can also create on-demand snapshots at any time. Backups are stored in a separate location for maximum safety.
What is your uptime guarantee? add_circle
We guarantee 99.99% network and power uptime. If we fall below this threshold, you'll receive service credits automatically applied to your account.
